【113th Club Fair】Booth Map

Event Date: March 9th, 113th Year (Saturday) Event Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
<Important Notices>-
On the day of the event, each participating club should complete booth setup between 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and dismantle booths no later than 4:30 PM. Each booth will display a booth number and a QR code for the Best Booth voting. Votes will be counted based on booth numbers, and three booths with the highest votes will each receive a prize of NT$3,000. Students are encouraged to vote actively.

This Club Fair provides one tent (3m long/3m wide/2.1m high), 1 table (180cm long/60cm wide/70cm high), and 4 chairs per booth.

Electricity will be provided with one set of 110V three-hole sockets (maximum 8A). The use of high-power electrical appliances is prohibited. Clubs requiring food placement or sales must ensure food safety and hygiene.

The first aid station for this event is located next to the tennis court. In case of any emergency medical situation, please proceed to the first aid station immediately or contact the service desk.

An additional 100 chairs are available at the service desk. If clubs have additional needs, please request them from the service desk. However, due to limited quantities, only one extra chair per club will be provided.

All clubs must comply with the organizer's regulations for booth usage (including cleanliness, electricity usage restrictions, no lending of booths, etc.). The criteria for the event day are based on not affecting the equal rights of nearby clubs. In case of failure to comply after being reported or advised by staff, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the booth rental for this event. Those with serious violations may be considered for future participation bans in Club Fairs and Club Joint Exhibitions.

Due to the diverse age groups participating in this event, please follow the classification management regulations. If there are restricted video or publication materials, they should be clearly marked with "Restricted: Not for viewing/listening by individuals under the age of 18" and access should be restricted to those under 18.
